The Askable Adult Workshop is a free, 90-minute session that provides adults with simple, practical tools for supporting kids and teens with care and confidence.

In this encouraging, hands-on session, you’ll learn:

Tips for establishing trust

How to ask helpful questions, and listen deeply

How to navigate tricky conversations

When and how to guide them toward additional resources

This workshop is immediately useful for parents, caregivers, coaches, volunteers, and anyone who interacts with young people.
